Well, if I were a terrorist, I'd also use an ambulance, or even a white-painted UN car or a luxurious CD-tagged Mercedes.

On the other hand, if I were an authority who was lobbied by extremist parties to whipe out 'the enemy', I'd doctor a few good propagandist anti-terror actions.

Anything is possible, and I can't believe anything anymore.
