Raad eens wat Condi Rice aan het doen is terwijl New Orleans onder water is en mensen radeloos zijn:

A fellow shopper, unable to fathom the absurdity of Rices timing, went up to the Secretary and reportedly shouted, How dare you shop for shoes while thousands are dying and homeless! Never one to have her fashion choices questioned, Rice had security PHYSICALLY REMOVE the woman.

Wat een vreselijk wijf. Iedere vrouw weet dat je nooit op schoenenjacht kan gaan. Schoenen kom je namelijk tegen.

Ik denk aan New Orleans en ik denk: Bangladesh. Wat een ellende allemaal.

Nou ja. Wat een gezeur! Mensen hebben toch gewoon zo af en toe nieuwe schoenen nodig? Of er nou een dambreuk in een of ander frieslandig gewest is of niet!

Groot gelijk dat die troela, hopelijk hardhandig, verwijderd is.

Gek dat je pas 11 minuten later F5 drukt. Meestal is het een soort fatality met een refresh rate van drie per minuut.
