Ik had mooie verzameling Duitse fotoboeken uit WOII gevonden maar elke keer als ik de link probeer te plakken kan ik niet meer posten, dus ik dacht dan maar een fotoserie van een meisje dat met een poesje speelt, maar dat is ook weer zo NSFW, dus heb ik maar één fotootje hierboven neergezet. Rita Verdonk laat zien waar haar loyaliteit werkelijk ligt. Zie hier het nieuwe logo van haar beweging. Dat is toch helemaal geen nederlands blauw? Luxemburg zal vereerd zijn.

In de bergen van Tanzania is een nieuw dier ontdekt. Het ziet er uit als een olifant, maar dan kleiner. Maar toch ook weer groter dan een rat. In Tanzania Zimbabwe Botswana is heel veel AIDS, dus het is leuk dat ze ook eens met een positief nieuwsbericht komen.

Tijd om mijn buurman eens hard voor zijn bek te meppen met een ingezonden brief:

You have spent more than *half a million* in L$.
My guess is that you have spent such a vast amount of money in order to make a profit. You seem to attempt to achieve this by offering residential space at a price of 500 L$ per week at a maximum of 15 appartments per week.
Getting break-even with you investments would require 15 renters, each to reside in your skyscraper for 69 consecutive weeks (or a single renter for *20 years*).
But you have contracted *not a single* resident yet.
In other words, in 3 months you have lost half a million. And I fear you will lose a lot more if your business does not change. Moreover, you have banned half of your surrounding neigbors who were objecting to the presence of your buildings. In their opinion, as well as mine, your building style is uninspiring and out of place. To say the least. Visitors may feel the same. It most likely accounts for the fact that you haven't had any customers yet.
Noone wants to live in an ugly sky scraper.
In short, (i) all of your neigbors hate the sight of your land, (ii) you have lost a lot of money, and (iii) you will continue to do so if nothing changes. So what are you going to do about it?
One way to redeem yourself from this utter failure is to turn the land into something nice - something people want to stay in and look at. Judging from your peculiar decision to erect a huge cube with a hologram forest inside, next to a real one (mine), as well as placing a rather small and minimalist marble gazebo next to a towering skyscraper on a yellow stone floor connected to a baroque garden, you are completely clueless about landscape architecture. I would therefore like to propose an alternative: sell the land now. Immediamente, tout suite, as soon as possible. Finding a buyer will not be easy, so the sooner you offer your land for sale the better.
