Overigens was men in kringen van luchtvaart en veiligheidsdiensten al sinds januari 1995 op de hoogte van de mogelijke mix van vloeibare stoffen aan boord van een vliegtuig. In december 1994 ontplofte een op die manier gemaakt bom aan boord van een Japans vliegtuig. Resultaat 1 dode. De ontwikkelaars van deze methode waren Ramsi Joesoef en Khalid Sheich Mohammed. Het was toen de bedoeling om zon twaalf Amerikaanse vliegtuigen boven de Stille Oceaan op te blazen, maar de zaak werd gelekt).

Ik begon me al af te vragen met welk excuus de VS zouden komen om Iran te trakteren op een 'pre-emptive strike'. Het volk bang maken met een Iraanse nucleaire dreiging is niet genoeg. Met deze witruimte zou eigenlijk iets nuttigs moeten worden gedaan. Ik heb hier namelijk een mp3'tje in mijn ontvangen bestanden maar ik weet niet van welke artiest het is (berhaupt niet of het al dan niet bekend is). Deze remix van een Hongaarse fanfare o.i.d. klinkt mij erg goed in de oren en ik zou wel het hele album willen luisteren. De bestandsnaam helpt je niet erg goed op weg (3.mp3) en er is geen ID3-tag aanwezig.

Soms heb je dat, dat je ineens erg blij bent met een nieuwe vondst.

Zo heeft Spank Rock mijn stereo veroverd. Electronische droge hiphop funk, origineel en sexy. Vooral Bump is een geweldig nummer, luister even naar de 2e rap, de dame doet eerst een hele droge Roxanne Shante imitatie en accellereert dan plotseling soepel weg een sportwagen. Funky!
